If you process personal data on Bthorio, Article 28 GDPR requires a data processing agreement (DPA). We provide one.

What the DPA covers

Subject matter, nature, purpose and duration of processing
Categories of data subjects and data types
Technical and organizational measures (TOMs)
Place of processing: Frankfurt, EU
Handling of sub-processors
Deletion and return of data at the end of the contract
