Terms of Service

The Bthorio Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Bthorio and its customers, including service availability, billing, termination, liability and the place of jurisdiction.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all hosting services offered by Bthorio ("Bthorio").

2. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when Bthorio accepts the customer order, at the latest by activation of the service.

3. Service availability

Bthorio guarantees an availability of 99.99% per month for Cloud and Dedicated services, measured at the data center perimeter.

4. Payment

Cloud services are billed per second. Dedicated services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice.

5. Termination

Cloud services can be terminated at any time. Dedicated services can be terminated to the end of any month with 14 days notice.

6. Liability

Bthorio's liability is limited to the monthly fee of the affected service, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

7. Jurisdiction

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Bthorio, where permitted by law.
