Tensor Cores

Specialized compute units for AI matrix operations.

GPU servers with Tensor Cores

Tensor Cores are specialized units in modern NVIDIA GPUs that massively accelerate matrix multiplications — the backbone of neural networks. They support mixed precision (FP16, FP8, and FP4 on Blackwell) and greatly increase training and inference throughput. The RTX 4090 (Ada) and RTX 5090 (Blackwell) carry several generations of these cores.
